This checklist is designed to ensure a safe setup of a construction site before work begins. It covers key areas such as housekeeping, lighting, equipment, and material storage. Complete this checklist before starting any construction activities.

I. General Site Conditions

• Housekeeping: Is the site clean and free from slip or trip hazards? [1]
