PPE Compliance Checklist

1. Hazard Assessment

2. PPE Selection and Use

• Select appropriate PPE based on the hazard assessment. Ensure it fits each employee properly.

• Provide PPE at no cost to employees, except for certain exceptions like non-specialty safety-toe footwear.

3. Training

• Retrain employees if there are changes in the workplace or PPE, or if inadequacies in an employee's knowledge or use of PPE are identified.
