Pre-Demolition Checks

• Competent Worker in Charge: Ensure a competent worker is designated to oversee the demolition work at all times [1].
• Survey Structural Integrity: Conduct a survey of the building for structural integrity before starting demolition [2].
• Remove Hazardous Substances: Ensure all chemical and biological substances are removed from the structure [1].

During Demolition

Post-Demolition Checks

Equipment and Environment

• Location of Equipment: Ensure temporary offices and toolboxes are outside the range of falling materials [1].
